Thank You for purchasing your Groupon! I appreciate your purchase and look forward to providing you with outstanding massage therapy.

Now that you've purchased your Groupon you can call me at 404-402-9985 to schedule your appointment. However, make sure you have the purchased Groupon ready so you can give me the number when you call. Also, you should carefully read my Appointment & Cancelation page. Please keep in mind that a lot of people are calling me to redeem Groupons and I am still receiving calls for appointments from clients I've been seeing for years. Appointments fill up pretty quickly so please be patient. Also, I don't answer calls during massage sessions - please leave a detailed message including your name, phone number, Groupon number, and preferred dates and times for an appointment - I'll return your call as soon as I can. Q. I messed up and didn't try to use my Groupon until the last possible moment when all of your appointments were fully booked, will you extend the expiration date?

A. No. You had a year to redeem the Groupon for a 1 hour massage already, but don't worry you don't lose your money. The Groupon you have will be honored as a $35discount on a full priced massage after the expiration date.

Q. Can I use the one-hour Groupon for two 1/2 hour massage sessions?

A. No, the Groupon may not be divided into two sessions. Time not used is forfeited.

Q. I can't seem to purchase the Groupon online, can I purchase the Groupon directly from you?

A. No, you may only purchase the Groupon deal from Groupon.com

Q. I've purchased more than one Groupon so I can give some as gifts, can we all be seen at the same time?

A. Yes. If we have the therapists available and the schedule permits.

Q. What upgrades are available for this Groupon deal?

A. You may upgrade the one-hour massage to 1 1/2 hours by paying the difference between the full one-hour massage rate and the upgraded service. The payment for the upgrade is made directly to Douglasville Therapeutic Massage when you come in for your appointment.

Q. When may I use my Groupon?

A. You can make your appointment today! Groupon purchasers can schedule appointments according to availability Monday thru Saturday from 10am to 7pm each day. However, there are a few blackout dates that apply to everyone including Groupon purchasers.

Q. I've decided I really don't have time for a massage, will you buy back the Groupon?

A. No. The Groupon is valid only for massage services and has no cash value.

Q. I missed the Groupon sale on Febuary 1, can I purchase the same deal from you directly?

A. No, the Groupon deal was a one-time deal.

Q. I purchased a single Groupon but now realize I should have purchased more, will you sell more sessions at the Groupon rate?

A. No.
